Restaurant-style-Chicken Soup Recipe, Worth a Try!

Want to find food out of hot air or maybe the situation doesn't allow it or it's a hassle, you have to take care of your children or you can't leave work. Well, don't worry, I want to review the Restaurant-style Clear Chicken Sop recipe which is definitely very delicious and not inferior to the one served at the restaurant.

Here are the ingredients that must be prepared;

- 4 chicken thighs

- 2000 ml of water

- 2 spoons of salt

- 1 block of chicken stock

- 1 tablespoon oil (for frying)

Don't forget to prepare the ground spices too:

- 3 red onions

- 5 cloves of garlic

- teaspoon salt

Then. prepare complementary materials:

- 2 tablespoons fried onions

- 3 stalks of celery, roughly chopped

- 1 lime juice taken

Ingredients for sambal:

- 10 pieces of green chili

- Salt spoon

- 100 ml boiled water

Now, how to make it!

1. Chicken is boiled over low heat. The broth is filtered to approximately 1700 ml liters. Alone.
